Position Overview
The Structural Craft Manager oversees the structural steel fabrication, welding and shipfitting operations within the shipyard environment. This role is critical for ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The manager will lead a team of multidisciplinary skilled craftsmen and coordinate efforts to meet project timelines and specifications.
